Euthanasia

Providing support, guidance, and compassionate care during a difficult time.

We understand this is never an easy decision and our main concern is the comfort of you and your dog. We intend to make this process as painless as possible.

What is pet euthanasia and how do I know when it’s the right time?

You know your dog better than anyone. If you feel they are no longer enjoying the regular routines they used to, please discuss with your family if it is the right time to make that decision. Your veterinarian can also help with a quality of life discussion with you and your family.

Can I say goodbye to my pet in the comfort of our home?

Yes. We can do house calls, but they must be booked in advance.

How is the euthanasia drug administered?

After sedating your pet, we put a catheter in their leg, so we have IV access to give injections.

What is the cost of pet euthanasia?

Please call our clinic for the most up-to-date rates.

Does your clinic provide bereavement counselling?

No, but we can provide you with support resources to help you through this difficult time.
