Dr. Dzsurdzsa graduated from veterinary college in Romania in 1991. Since graduation, he practiced in Hungary and Romania till 2002 when he and his family, wife Adriana and their four children, immigrated to Canada.
He obtained his Canadian Veterinary license in 2004.
Dr. Dzsurdzsa’s special interests are orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. During his career, he completed several courses in these fields and performed elective surgeries in veterinary clinics in the Waterloo area.
He has a strong background in emergency and critical care medicine as he worked for the last 15 years in a veterinary referral center in the emergency department in Oakville, Ontario.
Dr. Dzsurdzsa grew up in a mountainous small village in Transilvania on his parent’s farm where he acquired a love for animals, outdoors, and nature.
